Liv Macedo is a certified executive coach and senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies (GDS). Trilingual and trained as a behavioral psychologist work specialized in industrial-organizational psychology, she brings a data-driven lens to leadership development and organizational design.
Liv coaches executives in talent strategy, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership alignment during growth and change. She works globally across manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, energy, technology, and IT services, and with non-profits in transformation.
Liv has provided consulting services to numerous organizations, including Sanofi, Merck Sharp & Dohme, ArcelorMittal, Mastercard, Edward Jones, C&A, City National Bank (RBC), Halliburton, Parker Hannifin and Infosys, among several others.

Across regulated industries, she has built talent strategies that mitigate risk and enable sustainable growth, with employees at the center.
