Liv Macedo is a certified executive coach and senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies (GDS). Trilingual and trained as a behavioral psychologist work specialized in industrial-organizational psychology, she brings a data-driven lens to leadership development and organizational design.

Liv coaches executives in talent strategy, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership alignment during growth and change. She works globally across manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, energy, technology, and IT services, and with non-profits in transformation.

She previously led Leadership and Learning for a fast-growing fintech, driving strategic learning through expansion and disruption, and launching award-winning leadership academies and blueprint processes. Across regulated industries, she has built talent strategies that mitigate risk and enable sustainable growth, with employees at the center.

A noted subject-matter expert on manufacturing leadership and workforce strategy, Liv has presented to hundreds of general managers at manufacturing councils and industry conferences on topics including Industry 4.0, the global manufacturing talent shortage, and women in manufacturing.
She is a two-time recipient of DDI's Partners in Progress Award (2015 and 2019), and was honored with the 2022 Executive Excellence Award and 2023 PHRA-SHRM Best Learning and Development Program Award.
Liv is a founding member of the Society for People Analytics, and holds affiliations with SIOP, the Talent Intelligence Collective, and the Girls Inc. of Greater Pittsburgh Governance Board.​
