As Co-Founder and CEO of Guttman Development Strategies, Jacqueline “Jackie” Guttman has played an essential role in shaping the strategy and operations of the firm, helping it grow from a small consultancy to a major leadership and organization development firm, with a global reach and supported by a team of skilled consultants and facilitators. Working alongside her business partner, Howard M. Guttman, Jackie Guttman has helped to position GDS as a leader in building high-performance organizations and teams, define and expand its service and product scope, and guide the firm’s financial, legal, marketing, and administrative functions. Jackie has also led the creation of GDS’s website and expanded its digital footprint.
