She has over 30 years of experience in the areas of leadership and senior-team development. During that time, she has designed many long-term, customized learning strategies to assist organizations in developing “next-gen” leadership bench strength. She has led hundreds of senior teams and professionals through team-alignment initiatives as well as intensive skills programs. Leesa’s coaching focuses on providing executives and other high-potential employees with skills in the areas of executive presence, influencing, conflict resolution, and systems thinking.
