Wendy Weidenbaum is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. with over 20 years of experience as a manager, consultant, and trainer in organization and human resources development.

She has a strong record of driving strategic organizational change and building high-performing organizations. She has successfully coached many leaders and teams through intense or turbulent change.

Her expertise includes coaching and advising executives, facilitating team-alignment interventions, developing and executing programs for high-potentials, and designing and delivering leadership development programs.
