Laura Christenson is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. During the past 25 years, Laura has held senior-level line and staff positions with major corporations. She has served as an internal and external consultant to a wide number of global Fortune 500 companies, across industries, advising them on talent management, leadership, organization design, and organization effectiveness.

Prior to her association with GDS, Laura was head of organization design and change, Pearson Education NA; head of organization design and change management, American International Group; vice president, Wyndham Worldwide; head of organization effectiveness, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield; and director, global organization effectiveness, Warner-Lambert Company, among other major corporations.
