While working through a prepared case study, participants will be able to:
- Determine the "right" questions to ask about an organization's customers, competitors, and the internal and external environment
- Identify some "superior insights" that will form the basis for an organization's strategic choices
- Hypothesize some strategic choices an organization could make
- Create a vision for an organization based on these strategic choices
- Determine what changes in behavior, work processes, and resources may be needed to implement the strategic vision
