DESCRIPTION
The two-day Project Management training program focuses on tools, techniques and skills to successfully manage and implement projects. The course includes two topic areas:
- Leading Organizational Change
- Project Management Tools
The course is geared for intact project teams or for anyone leading or participating in project management work.
What makes the GDS program different from traditional Project Management training is the focus on how to successfully move a project through an organization rather than theoretical management models.
