Leadership / Supervisory Development Program

DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this program is to enhance participants' leadership skills in order to increase their effectiveness within the organization. This will include a combination of:

  • Self-assessment
  • Leadership practices
  • Interactive skills

The exact content of this program is customized to the core competencies, values and needs of your organization. It can run for 3-5 days in duration.

Methodology:
Small group discussions, simulations, role-playing, lecturette, skills practice, peer feedback and self-assessment instruments form the basis of the methodology. This course is highly interactive and encourages participants to deal with the "live" issues that they bring to the seminar. Use of a pre-assessment 360 degree feedback instrument can also be included.

Participants will use key learnings to design solutions to challenges they face so they can apply this knowledge back on their job.
