The goal is to align all levels of an organization unit. This would include clarifying the goals, roles and points of intersection on a departmental and individual level. This intervention is based on data collection, usually by focus group interviews, which serve as a "compass" to determine the focus of the off-site.
Depending on where the opportunities are, time will be spent working:
- With the total group
- Intra team
- Inter team
- Tier to tier
- Individual to individual
GDS has designed and facilitated multi-tier alignments with participants' size ranging from 20 to 200 individuals at one time. The outcome will dramatically accelerate an organization's capacity to accomplish its business mission.
