Team Alignment Process

R & D PHASE

1. Discussion with client (yourself) in regard to expectations, questions, concerns
2. Develop questionnaire to collect consistent data from team members regarding the organization, team, and leader
3. Overview to team on the alignment process

DATA COLLECTION

4. Conduct individual interviews with all participants of the team
5. Analyze the data collected
6. Present results of data analysis to client

DESIGN

7. Construct team alignment session as per results of data collection

IMPLEMENTATION

8. Conduct team alignment session

FOLLOW-UP

9. Conduct individual interviews or send out survey 3 to 5 months later to team alignment participants to determine team progress and hold a 1 day reinforcement session with participants
