Business Process Improvement
Effective business processes that integrate cross-functional skills and experience drive competitive advantage. GDS works with client organizations to:
- identify key business processes;
- facilitate teams of process performers as they define simplified processes; and
- guide phased implementation of the new ways of working throughout the organization.
Upon completion of a business process initiative, team members will possess skills in identifying and measuring opportunities to ensure continuous improvement. They will also have gained experience as change agents and communication strategists and practitioners. GDS consultants can provide process training, team facilitation, coaching and/or assessment services based on client needs. Process initiatives can integrate with strategy development and balanced scorecard at an organization-wide level, or can be selected for specific process opportunities.
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT TRAINING SEMINAR
DESCRIPTION:
The GDS Business Process Improvement course is a two-day program which intersperses Process Improvement tools with skills and insights to drive the organizational changes necessary to implement improved processes.
The program is geared to intact teams, special project teams or anyone involved in process improvement initiatives.
