A global multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical firm located in the northeast was growing at a dramatic rate. Because of the rapid growth many individuals in the sales force were promoted to the next level. Recognizing that they were technically strong but lacked management skills, GDS was brought in to create a training strategy for the company.
GDS conducted a complete training needs analysis, competency profiles per level, and built a skills curriculum ranging from entry level sales to senior management skills. Additionally, we qualified appropriate vendors in addition to GDS to provide this training.
