Consultant Biographies WENDY WEIDENBAUM
Her expertise includes:
Wendy was senior vice president of learning and organizational development for Global Markets and International at Banc of America Securities. In this role, she served as a consultant to senior leaders on executive development, organization performance, talent management, and other human resources issues. Additionally, she has held positions with global organizations in diverse industries, including financial services, consumer products, healthcare, and hospitality. Among the organizations she has worked with are JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, Sara Lee, Unilever, and New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Wendy has co-authored two articles for Hedgeworld.com: "Managing Talent When You Would Rather Be Managing Your Business" and "Assimilating New Employees to Manage Your Risk." She is an adjunct professor at New York University, teaching a course on management strategy and communications. She has spoken at national and international conferences for the Conference Board, Linkage, and ASTD. Wendy holds a B.S. in education from Boston University and a master's degree from Columbia University. |
