Barbara also facilitates client initiatives that require proficient analytical skills, such as tailored skill competency modeling, change management and project leadership. She transfers her knowledge and provides tools to internal client staff to enable continuous process improvement, prioritization of initiatives, and decision support. She serves as a resource on reengineering methods, organizational redesign to support robust processes, and the strategic use of information technology. Barbara tailors her approach and brings relevant tools to match the nature and scope of client needs. As an entrepreneur, Barbara has established and manages a private medical practice that is recognized for providing excellent customer care. Barbara spent 20 years working for major financial services companies. At Continental Insurance, her roles included assistant vice president, chief of staff organization for information technology, and assistant vice president of corporate information services. She has led transition initiatives for numerous mergers and acquisitions, acting as project manager for systems integration, organizational restructuring, and skill-competency modeling initiatives. Barbara received her MBA from Rutgers University with a concentration in the management of technology-based organizations. She is recognized as a certified master facilitator in Breakthrough Performance Engineering for her proficiency in guiding measurable organizational improvements and successfully training facilitators in Breakthrough Performance Engineering methods. Barbara was also certified as a Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute in Sydney, Australia. She has been an associate of the Leadership Development Program at Rutgers' School of Business and is a certified Pilates instructor. |
