Consultant Biographies JOSH ROSENTHAL
Josh's work is aimed at helping senior executive leaders create organizational systems that increase shareholder value, employee effectiveness, and the bottom line through:
Josh knows first-hand how to build a business from the ground up: from concept to creation to product sales. As the founder and past CEO of iQuest Analytics, he invented and co-developed a unique text- analytics software product for the purpose of advanced search, to include research and discovery within and across large volumes of data. He raised capital and hired top talent to build, market, and sell the iQuest product. Previously, Josh was a principal in the Human Capital and Talent Management Practices at Sibson & Company and a leader in its Knowledge Management Practice. As an associate partner with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), he was the change-navigation leader for the Eastern U.S. and a thought leader with its organization and change strategy line of business. Prior to joining Accenture, he was affiliated for eight years with the Levinson Institute, a leading firm in assessment, governance, and leadership development and advisory services. Josh holds a B.S. in psychology and an Ed.M. in counseling from The American University. He received his Ed.D. in counseling psychology from Boston University. |
