THOMAS A. RADICE
Thom Radice has been an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. since 1992. Organizations currently work with Thom to leverage their competitive edge by creating high-performance teams, removing bottlenecks to decision making, and creating corporate cultures that drive accountability throughout the rank and file. This is accomplished by aligning senior management and business teams in support of horizontal and matrix organizations. At an individual level, Thom customizes interventions addressing core issues, delivers leadership and communication trainings that accelerate members' skill levels, and provides high-performance executive coaching to senior level and high-potential managers from Fortune 500 companies.
Early in his career, Thom was an instructor for a New Jersey-based Outward Bound organization, leading one1- to 30-day "wilderness" adventures throughout the United States. He later became the director of a management development firm that designed and conducted experiential training and intervention programs for business leaders and their organizations. Across a broad spectrum of industries that include health services, technology, and consumer products, Thom continues to conduct training sessions in leadership awareness, skill-building seminars, and team development workshops for employees at all levels, from senior management to line workers. Clients are impressed by Thom's flexible style and directness, along with his ability to adjust to the needs of the specific group or individual without compromising value and pragmatic results.
Thom received two degrees in education from Trenton State College and later taught in two private schools for "behaviorally challenged" adolescents.
