Consultant Biographies MARTIN S. KURTZ
Marty's corporate experience includes a stint as director of the employer service's organization and management development department for Automatic Data Processing. At Warner-Lambert Company, he was global manager of corporate program development, responsible for the design of companywide core training and development programs, the implementation of team-based systems, and the development of team-based performance management tools. At both Warner-Lambert and ADP, Marty specialized in internal consulting, focusing on the development of staff functions, team development, socio-technical systems, design management systems, and leadership training. He has spoken at professional conferences on such topics as "Accelerating Team Development," "Team-Based Performance Management Systems," and "Conflict Management." Marty holds a B.A. from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an M.S. from American University's N.T.L. program in human resources development. He has been a guest lecturer at Rutgers University's Graduate School of Management and currently teaches team building in the master's of organizational behavior program at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Graduate School of Psychology. |
