LISA KOLLISCH

Lisa Kollisch is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. Lisa is an innovator who uses holistic, practical approaches to facilitate change and enhance human performance. She has over 19 years of consulting, facilitation, and coaching experience in private, public, and non-profit organizations in the United States and abroad.

Lisa's areas of specialization include leadership development, team alignment, strategic planning, process improvement, organization design, and managing organizational change. Lisa adapts easily to different people's styles and needs in order to help them succeed. When working with groups, she offers powerful ways to harness collective knowledge, ideas, and talents to achieve extraordinary results. She excels in leading individuals and groups from idea generation through planning and implementation: helping people to get the job done and have fun doing it.

Prior to joining Guttman Development Strategies, Lisa was director of strategic planning at American Express, where she designed and facilitated the strategic planning, goal setting, and reporting process for an 800-person division. In this role, Lisa worked closely with executive team members and their key operational personnel. As an internal quality consultant, she worked with employees—from regional vice presidents to mailroom clerks—in several business units to improve processes, develop teams, and provide support systems for employees during organizational changes.

Lisa is fluent in both French and Spanish.

Lisa's clients include American Express, The American Red Cross, Beth Israel Hospital, China Grill Restaurants, NYC Community Service Society, Deloitte & Touche, The Gap, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, Lycée Franais de New York, Merck & Co., NYC Agency for Children Services, Old Navy, Red Roof Inn, and UNICEF.

Lisa holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and an M.I.A. (Masters in International Affairs) from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. She also holds a B.A. in social/cultural anthropology and French from Oberlin College. She is a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC), having completed her training with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Philadelphia Area Coaching Alliance (PACA). She has served on the Conference Planning Committee and Coordinator of the International Forum of the national Organization Development Network (ODN).
