Consultant Biographies JACK JEFFERIES
Previously, Jack worked with a leadership and organization development consulting firm, where he was responsible for partnering with senior leaders to implement the shift to team-based systems and to design and execute leadership development programs. Jack's talents in developing leaders and teams can be attributed to his extensive experience working with businesses in a variety of industries, as well as his own achievements as a world-class athlete and coach. As captain of the U.S. Skydiving Team, Jack won multiple world championships and national titles. While he held that position, he was the most sought-after coach in the sport, serving as head coach for the national teams of England, Brazil, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. Jack has spoken at professional conferences and top-level universities on topics such as building high-performance teams, performing under pressure, and negotiating. As an author, he's been published in Jossey-Bass's Leadership Lessons from West Point, and in the OD Practitioner on subjects related to developing high-potential talent and sustaining learning in teams. Jack holds an M.S. from the American University/NTL program in organization development and is an adjunct faculty member at the United States Military Academy at West Point's Department of Behavioral Science and Leadership. |
