Consultant Biographies JUNE HALPER
June has implemented programs at all levels to assist organizations to meet strategic goals. Among these: performance management, coaching, leadership, and change management. She has trained managers in goal setting and in conducting appraisal and career development discussions to improve employee performance and plan for future growth. She has designed and facilitated team development sessions to foster collaboration, reduce conflict, and expedite problem solving for functional and cross-functional teams. June began her career in the sales training area of Philip Morris, U.S.A. She served as manager, organization development and training, for RCA Missile and Surface Radar, building this function from start-up and implementing development programs at all levels. As an internal organization practitioner, June held the position of principal consultant at Ebasco Services, Inc., a major engineering and construction firm headquartered in New York City. In this capacity, she worked with senior management to provide leadership skills during times of major organizational change. June holds a B.S. in education and applied human development from Syracuse University and M.A. and M.Ed. degrees in counseling from Columbia University. She is a member of the New York Human Resource Planners and an adjunct instructor for the American Management Association. June is listed in Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America, Who's Who of American Women, and Who's Who of Executive Women. |
