Consultant Biographies THEODORE GERBER
Ted has worked with GDS clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, engineering, chemicals, and financial services. His previous consulting experience included engagements with small, rapidly growing organizations, as well as with Fortune 500 corporations, in the U.S. and globally. Ted's experience as a hands-on practitioner in negotiations and conflict management in both the private and non-profit sector set the foundation for his strategy facilitation, executive coaching, and organizational development skills. He has lectured on these topics at the Cornell School of Industrial Relations, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Marymount College, and New York University. Ted is a former partner of Decision Processes International, an international process-consulting firm focusing on business strategy and product innovation. He was also head of U.S. business operations for Krauthammer International, an international executive development, training, and consulting firm, where he worked with organizations to improve their business decision making. Ted holds a B.S. in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.A. in industrial relations from the University of Illinois. |
