Consultant Biographies GREG BYRD
Over the course of his career, Greg has held both regional and national leadership positions in management development and training and in human resource management. A specialist in sales, he has held sales account management and sales director positions in markets throughout the East Coast. Greg's combination of human resource and sales management skills has been instrumental in his success in growing revenue, promoting direct reports, and leading high-performance teams. His corporate experience includes Johnson & Johnson, Nabisco, and Kraft Foods. At J&J, Greg was manager of training and development for all corporate departments. At Nabisco, he held the positions of national manager of human resource development for sales, region sales manager, and regional director of sales. His most recent experience, at Kraft Foods, included service as manager of customer marketing, senior manager of sales strategy, and regional customer business manager. Greg holds a B.A. in sociology from Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA. His professional affiliations include the NTL Institute "Leadership Skills Training"; "Sales Management Training," Kraft; National Association of Convenience Stores; and "Planning Management Skills Training", Virginia Commonwealth University. |
