She also has experience in executive coaching and individual assessment with a variety of assessment instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, California Psychological Inventory, and various career and life planning instruments. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Carol spent five years as a project consultant with Praxis Corporation, an innovator in the analysis and improvement of human performance. Carol has a master's degree in educational psychology from Rutgers University and a Ph.D. in consulting psychology from Seton Hall University. Her doctoral dissertation examined the effect of organizational and individual values on occupational stress and the changing psychological contract.
